he library serves 13 thousand readers a year, among them:

• 3000-children under 14;
• 6000 readers aged from 15 to 30;
• attendance - more than 75 readers a year.

More than 180 thousand books are borrowed by the readers from the library every year.

The library includes various departments, including the reading hall, the children's department, the music department, 17 mobile libraries etc.
